Mutual funds are a significant investment for our clients, so we dedicate our efforts to ensure successful trading, settlement and maintenance of these securities. This role is within our Mutual Fund Omnibus Transfer Agency team who is responsible for working directly with mutual fund companies and their transfer agents, as well as our Sub-accounting provider. Responsibilities: Perform daily tasks inclusive of trade reconciliation, suspense account reconciliation, client request processing, fee reconciliation and remittance, and 529 plan operations. Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience in brokerage processing preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems is preferred. Time management skills and critical thinking skills preferred.
