Position Description: Healthcare is a key part of Lenovo’s growth strategy and we understand the importance of being a trusted partner and IT provider for Healthcare clients. The Regional Sales Director Healthcare East,  will lead, motivate and manage a field team of high performing sales account executives in the Western US. The ideal candidate will have sales leadership experience in the Healthcare space and have the ability to articulate a thorough understanding of this vertical. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive customer acquisition campaign, as well as retaining our current base of customers across the Eastern US. Managed territory will run from Chicago to the West Coast. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate his/her ability to align new product and service offerings to the business and technology needs of the Healthcare market. He/she will also be responsible for expanding relationships within customers, our large business partners, and industry influencers. He/she will implement our enterprise strategy for selling Lenovo’s IDG portfolio  (PC, Tablet, Workstation, Accessories, Healthcare Solutions and Services).  We are looking for an exceptional leader and coach with strong sales operations skills, proven solution selling experience, and the ability to form and develop high level relationships with C-Level clients. Responsibilities: • Manage the Eastern US Healthcare sales team who sells Lenovo PCs, software and services to large Healthcare accounts. • Build and maintain relationships with Account Executives and their account decision makers, key business partners and influencers in the territory • Educate representatives and customers on Lenovo’s technology and develops a working knowledge of Lenovo’s offerings • Manage growth in reference customers • Maintain market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with Customers • Set direction for business development and solution replication #### Position Requirements: Strong knowledge and established relationships within healthcare industries utilizing direct and channel sales routes. \- Previous management of remote sales professionals is preferred \- Ability to quickly develop organization agility and leverage extended teams. \- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. \- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience \- Candidate must be located in Central or West US with easy access to travel We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
