Position Description:
Responsible for supporting Services Upsell revenue growth by enhancing
existing operations and overall Parts Sales effort. This is a diverse role
that includes both operational support and direct engagement with key
customers/partners.
Position Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to Parts Sales operations
• Support Lenovo resellers to improve communication and enable sales growth
• Manage key relationship with Lenovo US Fulfillment Center (parts DC, parts
harvesting and billable repairs)
• Enable strategic initiatives to drive parts sales growth
• Engage with Lenovo customers, Parts network and internal teams to foster
strong relationships
#### Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong operations background
• Proven relationship/teamwork skills
• Customer-centric self-starter with passion to deliver results
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of PC and Services businesses
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem
resolution skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
