Job Description
#### Position Description:


Responsibilities:
• Retail customer order management (routing, LRs, blocks, delivery
requirements, YVAS, order acknowledgement)
• Retail Compliance management (tracking, disputing, and reporting Retail
penalties)
• Work cross functionally with order entry, CCM team, FF managers, GL, and
China-based teams to find solutions to customer issues
• Responsible for proactively communicating order statuses to Sales team/CCMs
• Work with Global Logistics on routing options to meet customer demand and
insure on-time delivery
• Serviceability and compliance metrics

#### Position Requirements:

• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong communication skills, fluent English required
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Taking initiative
• Sense of urgency

Preferred
• Previous fulfillment experience
• Previous experience with consumer, retail, etail, or web
• Proven ability to problem solve and take initiative to drive results
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate MS Office ability – especially Excel
• SCI experience
• SAP Order Management experience
