Job Description
Position Description: The NA Services Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for leading a highly skilled group of individuals responsible for enabling, driving, promoting and creating services offerings to go to market into the North America region. This team engages with ROW Services product management team to understand and develop new product offerings, as well as creates local offerings specific to NA customers based on insights received from Sales and our Customers.  The team consists of specific offering owners, as well as the support for the tools, routes to market, and part numbers needed to support the business. This team is critical to maximize Lenovo's success in our fast-growing Services business, as they provide thought leadership, act as Services consultants, providing guidance to sellers, channel partners and virtual team members on solution selections, service compatibility, and collateral. These are Services Subject Matter Experts, revenue-focused, operating with a sense of urgency in problem resolution, with strong follow-up and follow-through commitments, complimented by analytical, strong organizational and time management skills. Successful candidates will be comfortable operating in a constantly changing environment, uncertain competitive landscapes, and tight time lines. #### Position Requirements: \- Ability to lead, energize, and coach a team of highly talented, experienced professionals to exceed expectations and business goals. \- Demonstrated experience in collaborating across multiple functions in a matrixed environment, breaking down silos and barriers to success. \- Ability to effectively communicate and present to all levels of an organization, including executives inside direct line organization, as well as sister organizations. \- Strong knowledge of Lenovo processes and teams, preferred knowledge in sales enablement, sales operations and/or services. \- Ability to interface directly with customers.
