Job Description
Position Description: Responsible for driving Services Upsell revenue through new offerings and partner management.  This role will be measured on revenue achievement, gross profit, and partner performance. Position Responsibilities: • Engage with Lenovo services partners (Depot, Call Center) to foster strong relationships • Evaluate customer, market needs, and market segmentation to develop new Services Upsell offerings for partner delivery • Perform analysis and develop forecasts, identify issues and opportunities for service revenue growth, resolve partner inquiries • Enable service partners with training, support and reinforce key contractual KPIs • Lead partner performance reviews and weekly/quarterly calls. • Drive profitable business decisions • Strong negotiation and relationship skills. #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Proven partner management and relationship skills • Strong ability to identify opportunities and develop service offerings • Customer-centric focus • Commitment and passion to deliver results Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of PC and services businesses • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) applications • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and problem resolution skills • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills • Works well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team assignments and activities We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
