Qualified candidates are responsible for ensuring wafer-level testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits (NAND Flash) from component design through production ramp, including but not limited to creating/debugging/validating complex functional test programs per design/product spec, continuously improving test code templates for code modularity/reusability opportunity, designing wafer-level test interface hardware catering for specific production or engineering needs, and pathfinding future test strategies or test platforms.

Your responsibility also covers applying memory repair analysis to optimize device yield, partnering with Design on new DFT approaches to meet technology cost requirement, and delivering innovative wafer-level test solutions for world-class quality reliability coverage.

As a NAND Product Test Staff Engineer, you'll initiate business opportunities in area of product test validation, lead cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, and solve complex technical issue with creative thinking and model-based-problem-solving philosophy.

The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in NVM, SRAM, or Logic component development in the area of product test validation; exposure to 3D NAND Flash device physics and characterization/qualification methodology is a plus.
- Demonstrated test code development competency with commercially available ATE tester platforms with comprehensive understanding of test H/W and system integration; exposure to Memory ATE tester is a plus.
- Demonstrated programming competency using C/C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to collaborate well with cross-geo stakeholders.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
