This team's outcome influences multibillion-dollar budgets and navigates complex challenges in executing our global manufacturing strategy while working with product development, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain engineers worldwide.

Day to Day Expectations:
- Coordinate with teams worldwide on capital investment to support existing and future technologies.
- Facilitate fab benchmarking and planning activities across the division.
- Work with Process Development teams to plan capacity requirements of future products to quantify the impact on existing and future Capex.
- Craft methodologies and standards that drive strategic and tactical capacity decisions.
- Working closely with product development teams to aid in the successful product launches from early development through high volume manufacturing.
- Take active roles in ensuring timely project and product deliveries.
- Build close relationships with business partners across the division and take an active role in building world-class methodologies and processes
- Take an active role in communicating recommendations to senior management.
- Adept at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in an environment with ambiguity and frequent changes in timeline and strategy.
The position is associated with the sale of the NAND business to SK Hynix aligning to Phase 2 of the transaction. Employees aligned to Phase 2 will continue to be employed by Intel developing NAND technology and components. Phase 2 of the transaction is expected to close in March 2025 at which time employees aligned to this phase of the transaction will transition employment to Solidigm, a stand-alone US subsidiary of SK Hynix headquartered in San Jose, California with offices world-wide. Solidigm is a leading global supplier of NAND flash memory solutions, led by Robert (Rob) B. Crooke as CEO, previously senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 3 years of strong analytical work history in manufacturing or supply chain operations, preferably in a semiconductor-related industry.
- Hands-on experience in extracting insights from various data types and applying modeling and optimization algorithms.
- Experience in developing solutions for open-ended projects with cross-functional teams, preferably in the context of factory operations.
- Experience with working with large data sets and creating data visualization.
- Understanding the workings and limitations of linear optimization models.
- Working experience in benchmarking manufacturing
