This role reports into the GM of the IOTG Industry Sales team and will work closely with all BUs in order to maximize Intel based offerings for the Manufacturing Industry. In this role you will be responsible for defining the global Manufacturing strategy and routes to market to create pull for Intel's products and solutions. This position relies on knowledge of the Manufacturing segment and experience supporting end users to digitally transform their manufacturing facilities. This position also requires an understanding of the key business imperatives impacting the Manufacturing segment and the ability to define the solutions, partners, accounts and programs required to deliver sales outcomes/results.
Core deliverables will include the development of Manufacturing related sales collateral, including sales playbooks, customer engagement material, critical industry transitions, Intel solutions to solve key industry challenges, exec level relationship of key manufacturers globally, clear voice of the market for manufacturing to the business unit stakeholders, supervision of an Intel led Manufacturing Council along with the operational ownership of the Manufacturing teams performance and results (inc deal wins).
Responsibilities:
. Manage a global team of domain specialists that support Manufacturing sales in the Americas, EMEA, APJ and PRC
� Provide the voice of market with Manufacturing into the Business Units, with emphasis on the Industrial Solutions Division
� Operational ownership of key 2022 Manufacturing Sales KPIs including the Global Deal Win and Transformational Engagement numbers, including performance tracking, expectation processes and communication with key stakeholders. Support of the Global Design Win numbers related to the Manufacturing vertical.
� Share and Scale BKMs between countries, regions and territories. Maintenance of Manufacturing sales playbook, industry requirements and solutions offering training material to the AE and TSS communities.
� Supervise and lead an Intel managed Manufacturing Council call comprised primarily of individuals from End Users driving digital transformation within their factories. Develop council call topics, speakers and communication process with the community.
� Collaboration with global marketing, ecosystem partners and business unit on thought leadership opportunities for Intel in the Manufacturing segment including trade shows, social media, podcasts, webinars, customer proof points, PR, etc
� Considerable experience of working with Manufacturers at a CXO level. Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills & experience managing in a multicultural
environment.
� Experience developing business strategy into a well-executed communications plan.Proven track record of creating, managing and operating in virtual teams driving strategies,
tactics, goals, objectives.
� Proven ability to negotiate, influence and build relationships at senior levels across both
internal/external stakeholders.
� Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset and attitude with an approach to drive change.
Business focused with strong technical background; well-developed analytical skills &
excellent project management skills.
� Solutions background with the ability to identify and combine key architectural components
for full solutions.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in any discipline
- 10 + years of experience within the Manufacturing industry
- 5+ years of managing and leading Global Manufacturing Sales teams
- 5+ years of experience of working within the Manufacturing Industry at a CXO level and influencing key eco system partners. ( OEM or ODM, or ISV , or SI etc..)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$220,620.00-$353,000.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
