We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Account Manager to lead the recruitment planning and operations to support the manufacturing hiring in New Mexico. As the New Mexico Talent Acquisition Account Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Developing a ramp strategy to support the hiring in New Mexico.
Execution of the ramp strategy.
Ensures company staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
Establishes and oversees the maintenance of effective customer support methods.
May maintain manpower planning system and provide guidance to management affirmative action plans (if applicable).
Provides information feedback trends and concerns of candidates to others in Human Resources and management as appropriate.
Identifies and maintains contracts with outside recruiting sources.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that may affect immediate company-wide effects.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to maximize results.
Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on issues concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
Requires the skills to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
The candidate must have at least one of the following:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or business consultative role.
Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or business consultative roles.
9+ years of experience in direct Talent Acquisition Management will be considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of direct people management experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
