The New Mexico Disaggregation Manufacturing Organization (DMO) Program Office is looking for a candidate with experience and background in wafer carrier, die media and associated support equipment to help align and drive cross functional roadmaps and standards for the DMO Virtual Factory/Program. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining CE! standards for media, carrier and equipment across the Foveros technologies (including EMIB) and will help provide guidance to transfer sites for required media/carriers (and associated quantities) and provide connections to proper supply chain POC's across GSC, TD and associated reference sites. This candidate will also be responsible for managing and owning TD aligned roadmap items for these components to help guide and direct proper intercepts for VF DMO programs. This job function will also work to develop, transfer, and harden the PUD tool and associated die on tray shipping process.
This role involves a high level of coordination between TD organizations (ATTD/LTD) and transfer groups such as ATM and the DMO Virtual Factory. This role will require clear documentation of roadmaps, intercepts, modeling of material requirements and associated costs.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating various sub-level program meetings and acting as a connection to functional area meetings to the overall program office
Identifying and driving escalations from functional area meetings to the program office lead for alignment and resolution
Facilitation of program level meetings, map days and other organizational level meetings
Building knowledge and expertise in organizational programs to help drive efficiency in decision making and connectivity towards overall results

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline and have demonstrated leadership responsibilities (i.e., managing indicators, managing roadmaps, facilitating cross-organization meetings)
Must have demonstrated 3+ yrs the ability to lead cross-functional meetings (working groups or taskforces), drive them to successful completion, and mentor others on resolving gap to goal issues
Must have demonstrated 3+ yrs of leading Virtual Factory meetings, providing direction and providing program level updates to MSO level staffs (or equivalent)
Must have 5+ yrs of experience of lead technical taskforces, drive them to successful completion, and mentor others on resolving technical issues.
