Responsibilities:

-Perform operations and maintenance supports.

-Monitor and maintain system performance.

-Assist on monitoring, trouble shooting and complaint handling.

-Regular system backup and health check supports.

-Daily report in writing by english and chinese.

-7x24 shift duty is required.

Requirements： 

-Bachelor Degree in electronics/computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience

- A good knowledge of telecommunications services, processes, systems and computer languages

-Two years working experience is preferred

-Willing to undertake rotating shift work duty as required to support a 24 x 7 call centre environment in Hong Kong

-Fresh graduates will also be considered
