Responsibilities:

• Perform operations and maintenance supports.
• Monitor and maintain system performance.
• Assist on monitoring, trouble shooting and complaint handling.
• Regular system backup and health check supports.
• Daily report in writing by english and chinese.
• 7x24 shift duty is required.

Requirements：

• Bachelor Degree in electronics/computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A good knowledge of telecommunications services, processes, systems and computer languages
• Two years working experience is preferred
• Willing to undertake rotating shift work duty as required to support a 24 x 7 call centre environment in Hong Kong
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
