This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for supply plan update for NPD request, finishing planning, and inventory planning. In charge of DOH (inventory) control, provide the monthly forecast, and weekly track the inventory status understands the root cause of the gap on RM, WIP & FG inventory amount. Early alert any risk to meet the month end inventory target. In charge of OTD (promised ship date), OTTR (customer request date) review, and highlight any risk for meeting the target: 98% for OTD, 95% for OTTR. In charge of finishing production control by working with in house and subcontractors, generate the monthly production target, and daily track the production progress, and lead the team to generate the mitigation plan to meet monthly production volume when there is a risk. Lead COMP VSM Planning Team to enhance team planning competency, and continue improving the capacity, demand, production planning, to meet customer need. Organize and host the planning tier meeting, participate plant Plant SIOP meeting to track the H5, Big 4 matrics. Support to drive production planning by VSM & MMA tool for SCM function excellence to achieve operation excellence. Implement and execute other assignments by Supply Chain Manager to support the continued improvement projects initialed from plant key operation factors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business. - 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing/Plant environment. - 3 years' management experience in a manufacturing environment. - Experience in Subcontractor management. - Experience in SIOP process. Preferred - Master’s degree with Engineering background. - Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is required. - More than 3 years managerial experience of manufacturing with 2 layers managerial experience with managerial scope exceed 5-8 people above. Soft skills - Good knowledge for SIOP - Fluent English ability is required - Strong leadership skills, fast respond, good sense of urgency and business acumen logical - Good listening and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and self-starter & self driven - Great collobraction with cross function team to drive result - Advanced excel skill and good system/digital mindset - Positive, proactive, and passionate Yes!
