Roles and Key Working Targets:
- Take the lead in managing one or several complex NPD projects
- Communicate with customers to define project specifications
- Collaborate with R&D on feasibility studies
- Manage the NPD plan and ensure activities meet customer requirements
- Review product design and prototype approvals
- Track product design status and guide R&D engineers
- Continuously communicate with customers about product development and revisions
- Validate samples and new materials with the QA department
- Identify risks in new product development and troubleshoot critical issues
- Coordinate replies to technical problems raised by customers
- Support ME on tooling, DFM, and schedule
- Monitor and control project costs
