ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

1. 参与新产品开发质量管控，从而提升产品竞争力以及客户满意度。

Develop the new product quality control plan to improve product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

2.新产品开发阶段，主导运营内部的工作的安排。

Lead operational cross-teams to collaborate and fulfill new product ECR runs smoothly for NPI products.

3.跟进及汇总新产品开发阶段问题，并组织团队进行新产品品质改进。

Follow-up and Summarize new product development quality issues, and organize the team to make improvement accordingly.

4.将新产品阶段各质量控制点进行标准化。

Standardize all quality control points during new product introduction

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1.参与新品设计评审、设计验证、设计确认的过程，组织团队进行设计品质改进； Parcipate in new product design reviews, verificaon and validaon acvies, organize the team to make design and quality improvement.

2.负责新产品各阶段评审，以确保新产品符合DDOS流程。 Responsible for new product review during each NPI phase, ensuring the NPI process strictly follows the DDOS procedure.

3.售后新产品品质反馈的跟进、统计、改善推进； Follow, analyze, and drive improvement on new products based on customer feedback.

4.组织对新产品/新客户拟定质量控制计划，标准转化，质量协议执行； Organize cross-teams to make new product quality control plan, transfer standards and implement quality agreement

5.制定产品质量控制标准，新测试方法等，以及培训并指导生产员工进行质量判定。 Iniate product quality control standards, new test methods, etc., and train and guide producon staff.

6.APQP.PPAP 相关文件制定 Accomplish APQP, PPAP documents eding related to quality team

7.参与产品审核 Parcipate in product audits as needed8.支持部门的其它工作， 实现整体KPI的达成 Engage in quality team support to achieve the overall funconal KPIs

1.本科及以上学历,3年以上相关工作经验;
Bachelor degree or above,over 3 years of relevant working experience
2.外语要求:英文交流,阅读及邮件书写熟练
