To manage the industrial project team: process, test, quality, production according the NPI/STP/VAVE guide. 3. Monthly/weekly review project status 4. Monthly monitor KPI goals such as % on Schedule, % on MFG cots ,Gate4 PRA score,Gate5 SPA score,Key projects DFM score. 5. Optimize trial run process.
