主要工作职责:
- 负责新产品导入和新产品扩产项目。与TI全球设计开发部门合作，制定新产品引入和量产计划；
- 协调团队执行项目实施计划，与各TI生产部门协作，确保计划按期完成；
- 协助主管评估、收集数据并分析，提升工艺的良率与质量；
- 与工程团队一起找到问题的根本原因，并提出改善行动；

- 理工科专业，2020届毕业生；
- 良好逻辑思维能力，团队协作精神以及沟通的技巧；
- 良好的英语听说能力；
