NPI Engineer(Mechanic）

要求 / Requirement：

• 机械专业, 本科以上学历；/ Major in Mechanics; BS or higher level ;
• 英文:能熟练进行工作交流；/ English: being able to communicate fluently in daily work;
• 熟悉机械零件及其加工工艺；/ knowing well about mechanic components & their manufacturing process；
• 3年以上研发,NPI,供应商管理或制程工程师经验; 3+ years of working experience on either of R&D, new project management(NPI) ，supplier management or PE in manufacturing environment;
• 熟悉PPAP，SPC等知识及其运用, 如有TS16949的实际操作经验更佳。/ skillful on PPAP & SPC, it's a plus if possessing the practical experience on TS16949;
• 能独立工作并善于解决问题. / being able to work independently & solve the problems smartly.

工作内容 Job description：

• 机械零件类新产品的导入 / new project introduction in machining factories;
• 跟进解决供应商生产中和客户投诉的品质问题；/ follow up the solution of the quality issues & customer's complaint with the suppliers.
