This is NPI Project Manager role reporting to the Production Development Manager in the Business - Robotics & Discrete Automation located in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities

  • Being responsible for NPI project launching activities for supply unit operation.
  • Building up NPI execution team of supply unit, making project schedule with the team and organizing regular meetings to follow up progress.
  • Holding STECO meeting for transfer projects if necessary. Completing gate review document and providing input for RD STECO meeting.
  • Submitting and present reports on project status on daily/weekly base. Reporting progress, results, risk evaluation and mitigation plan.
  • Regularly reviewing with R&D design phases & component change requirements.
  • Tracking the prototype & sample production to ensure catch up the project schedule.
  • Performing other relative duties as assigned.

Your background

  • Must have a Bachelor of science degree.
  • Must have project management experience, process engineer experience is preferred.
  • Fluent Chinese and English, both written and spoken ability.
  • Must be aware of the key to the success of the project and clearly know how to achieve it by action.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, to adjust or adapt to changed situations, problems and tasks quickly.
  • Team Leadership skills, good at using personal charisma to lead the team fulfill the targets.
