NPI Service Support Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are nontechnical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Implements and follow up on daily activity related to line/area specific duties, including liaison with manufacturing and/or engineering personnel to ensure daily projects/tasks are completed. Provides feedback to engineer/ officer in event of changes in timing of implementation to delays. May include execution of research and data analysis tasks in preparation of reports and recommendations.
Core of duties include but not limited to:
1 Material preparation: Split, merge, transfer, deliver, receive substrate/units and support necessary system administrative works
2 Material control: Execute material wip control request. Count lots and send for Bag and Seal for MET control. Perform inventory check, transfer or scrap transactions. Support lot/material cycle count. Demix material to support yield/excursion investigation
3 Shipment: ISM and Prospal shipment and status tracking for task complete
4 Material build: Some tactical follow up such as, work with Line Leaders/OS to expedite NPI lots, Lot adjustment, follow urgent shipment or support Rocket lot.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma in Engineering, Material Science, Manufacturing and Management

- Good in English reading and writing, good at communication and strong team work.
- Have good understanding of product manufacturing flow, and the elements that impacting product quality/yield;
- Prefer to have data analytics experience and related automation software usage experience.

Work Model for this Role
