Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage system-level test engineering qualifications plan and execution for engineering builds.
- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
- As central contact window to the customer, evaluate test/engineering resource request, analyze feasibility and feedback best solution for the customer.
- Responsible for managing system tests for new product introduction (NPI) from the prototype stage. This includes integrate test solutions and develop/execute project plans, specifying test stations and diagnostics for testing product features, specifying/implementing test process control, test data collection system and test issue tracking system.
- Work with a cross-functional team from different time zone globally, own build objective and key result definition, ensure test coverage is collaborated from upstream to system level.
- Create analytic reports: test coverage, yield bridge, quarterly technical review, etc.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with an Engineering mindset

Degree/Master in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering or equivalent

Proactive, results orientated and detail-focused

Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills

Teamwork: must be able to efficiently collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve project /customer goals and contribute positively to the internal engineering community

Project management experience is a plus

Operations experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Travel required (to Cupertino, California) ~20%
