Procurement Manager

直接上级：莫斯科总部的供应链总监（英语交流）。

Duties and Responsibilities

• Purchase of goods upon requests from Sales department.
• Purchase of components for products assembly in Shenzhen.
• Purchase for the company's own needs in China.
• Purchase for the needs of the Group of companies.
• Follow company procurement business process:

– processing incoming requests from the Sales department;

– preparing applications for suppliers for the purchase and delivery of goods;

– choosing the best offers;

– expanding the list of suppliers; – negotiating better terms and discounts with suppliers; – purchase of third-party equipment.

• Monitoring supplier prices.
• Interaction with related departments on issues related to the purchase and delivery of goods to the warehouse or directly to the client from the supplier’s warehouse.
• Settlements with suppliers.
• Document management with suppliers.
• Goods movement control.
• Accounting of transport costs and preparation of the necessary documentation for the delivery of goods to the warehouse from the supplier.
• Conducting claims work with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or logistics preferred, but not required.
• Experience in organizing purchases in trading or installation companies.
• Experience in stock planning and calculating the volume of the order of goods to the warehouse based on sales statistics.
