We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 babies that are due this Spring. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. I work nights so I will be home during the day for emergencies though trying to sleep and because I work in healthcare, reliability is extremely important. I work 3 nights a week with a varied schedule so one week I may need more than the next but I know my schedule far in advance and we can figure out what works.
