We are actively recruiting a NanoImprint Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with integration team and collaborate with cross-functional team to develop and optimize nanoimprint lithography recipe based on customer design requirements.
  • Maintain baseline and performance SPC for nanoimprint tool and process.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, plan and execute experiments to improve defectivity, and transfer knowledge to pilot production.
  • Performs startups site acceptance test including process qualifications with assistance.  Understands all qualifications performed on tool and verifies operational quality (process qualification) of systems equipment within timelines. Diagnose and recommends solutions for complex system downs. Uses process data to diagnose hardware problems. Collecting requirements for continuous improvement.
  • Design and collect experimental data, deep dive into process and hardware issues, compile and analyze data/information, create technical reports on a variety of diverse and process engineering challenges/problems.
  • Evaluate different metrology, design of experiments, analyze data
  • Generate internal and external BKM documentation, presentations and technical reports
