Our location in Kansas City, MO currently has an opportunity for a National Account Support Specialist. The National Account Support Specialist works directly with the National Account Coordinators and Account Management team to ensure all daily tasks and special projects are completed accurately and in a timely manner. They adhere to deadlines, are willing to learn new tasks, and be able to successful interact with internal and external teams. While working to ensure client and billing information is updated and accurate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Address client needs as they occur; while demonstrating a strong sense of customer service.

  • Manage recurring client reports

  • Meet and maintain productivity, quality and attendance performance metrics.

  • Assist with special projects as needed and assigned.

  • Place outbound calls to clinics to retrieve missing paperwork or additional information.

  • Perform account edits, updates, triages and process orders as needed

  • Performs quality an compliance related activities as directed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

Required

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of professional experience or equivalent combination of education & experience

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook  (essential)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to self-motivate
