TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Build robust relationship with National Accounts stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and ensure mid-long term business growth. Experiment, pilot and successfully deploy new business models.
2.Be aware and understand the strategy developed by each NA, buying inputs and decision making process for their operations to maximize value proposition and customer experience
3.Develop mid and long-term business plan together with the customers to develop further business opportunities.
4.Responsible to execute customer marketing campaigns to secure complement coverage and commercial initiatives to maximize Bayer´s footprint with the National distributors offering a profitable & reliable proposal of Bayer integrated portfolio.
5.Plan to drive the business in the current-year and build long term sustainable growth in Dealer´s shelf .
6.Foster and collaborate with Soybean Ops team (being the first contact point ) to manage crucial conversation to ensure integrity soybean business model in National Big Dealers.
7.Coordinate with NA Technical role the plan of demand generation actions as well as the training needs to improve the positioning of Bayer`s portfolio within the NA
8.Recommend and develop customized solutions, commercial tools or specific support in order to develop the customer business and cover specific needs in Argentina and other countries, ensuring best-in-class quality experience meeting all client needs.
9.Act as a change agent, in the implementation of the GTM Business model.
10. Be a protagonist of digital business transformation through Field View penetration and Agro Services growth plan.
WHO YOU ARE:
✔University degree.
✔ Track record / experience working with key accounts / management.
✔Previous operational experience in customer facing positions, marketing or business role.
✔High Understanding of local market, CS portfolio and business critical KPI
✔Strong customer focus, business insight, sales effectiveness and influencing skills.
✔Ability to build strong and strategic relationships..
✔Influence and stakeholders management skills.
✔Finance, Marketing and AG technical knowledge
