About Role: The AE will be responsible for the PC & Smart Devices distribution sales and business development, through existing Distributors and SMB Business Partners within Australia. With a focus on commercial market segments B2B and SME. Responsibility • Drive the business to achieve revenue, volume, profit and market share targets • Business development planning with distributors in Australia • Build channel partner programs and co-marketing activities to deliver business joint goals • Identify and capitalize market opportunities for profitable growth • Coordinate all major activity/programs/trade events with distributors and their key re-sellers • Identify and target SMB/Mid Market End User acquisition business opportunities • Engage to identify customer needs and opportunities, and present Lenovo as the partner of choice • Manage relationship with distributor – at executive, management, product manager and sales representative level • Responsible for inventory forecasting and stock management with distributors • Responsible for distributor and re-sellers product awareness and education of Lenovo brand/products • Develop long term strategic account plans and drive operational alignment between organisations • Coordinate quarterly business partner reviews • Maintain and develop a positive customer and partner experience #### Position Requirements: • Minimum 5-7year’s experience in sales & business development • Strong Strategic sales skills and business acumen • Excellent channel management skills and a strong desire to exceed sales targets • Financial business management ability and strong business acumen • Understand market dynamics and business partner value proposition to align growth objectives • Anticipates, creates and defines innovative and visionary concepts in strategic environment • Excellent communication skills – presentation, negotiation, closing, follow through. • Entrepreneurial approach, imaginative, passionate, approachable • Self motivated team player with a strong drive for success • The ability to meet aggressive targets and deadlines • Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce tactical skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
