职位描述

• Develop the short term and long term national KA strategy aligned with enterprise commercial goal;
• Lead the establishment and management of KA team;
• Promote the access of inline and new products in target hospitals;
• Effectively control the process of safe operation in the target hospitals;
• Establish and develop long-term friendly cooperative relations with key customers to further enhance the company's brand image;
• Maintain and develop national/regional experts, deliver and train relevant product information to customers, and ensure customers to have an in-depth understanding of the company's product features;
• Provide valuable academic platform (association) and relevant professional services for key customers.

任职条件

• More than 1 years working experience in the same position in pharmaceutical enterprises or more than 3 years working experience in large area KA;
• Capable of key account management, market analysis, hospital development and business negotiation;
• Good resources are preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine or related is preferred.
