Job Description

  • This position will be responsible for implementing the Lean methodology and strategy in LPM and you will be the owner of the roadmaps and have the full overview of all running projects,
  • This position will provide leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of Lean methodology and tools
  • This position will have responsibility for identifying, planning and leading the execution of lean transformation events targeted towards improving the performance on service, quality, and productivity as well as enabling the firm to earn customer loyalty
  • This position will require the ability to identify and analyze complex operational data from multiple disparate sources in order to synthesize actionable evidence of root cause or improvement opportunities
  • This position will act as a key driver of change within the organization, supporting management/cross functional decisions by communicating the plant-wide changes to employees and helping them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with the business’s lean transformation. 
  • This position will drive and improve results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, and change management process and take primary responsibility for implementation of lean initiatives within organizations and its associated value streams.

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years working experience in lean position 

  • Automation manufacturer or digitalisation projects experience is prefered

  • Strong communicative skills and ability to operate at multiple organizational levels

  • Deep understanding of lean and related areas (Six sigma, TPM, TPS,VSM)

  • A mindset of continuously challenging your peers and your self

  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
