Job Description
Position Description: • Establish Omnichannel Model in India – Connect all Lenovo exclusive stores to Lenovo.com for seamless consumer experience and higher conversions. • Lead and Program manage all aspects & linkages e2e to setup internal systems & process for successful ongoing management. Responsibilities of the position: • Setup and Lead OmniChannel Model success for Lenovo India with e2e ownership. • Drive initial adoption & regular usage of the model among channel partners/LES stores through relevant actions of policy, incentives, training, BMS. • Drive incremental traffic and conversions on the platform. collaborate with India Marketing & Lenovo.com team for building aligned campaign calendars, key product launches , prebooking campaigns etc. • Enhance & monitor Cx on the O2O platform through multiple input and output metrics. • Improve user experience & resolve issues from a system pov with relevant agencies and stakeholders. • Drive performance management review process internally with all stakeholders internally to ensure adherence to all relevant metrics • Manage & Build vendor ecosystem for Lenovo in the ecomm/O2O space for sustained innovation. • Bring in best practices across categories to drive innovation for Lenovo. • Develop and maintain relationship with key retail partners for continuous feedback loop. #### Position Requirements: 1\. Education/ Qualification • Must Have:  Post Graduation • Desired: MBA from premier B School 2\. Work experience 10+ years of Sales /Retail + Ecommerce experience 3\. Key functional/technical competencies: • High level of customer focus with understanding of customer journey at retail & ecommerce landscape in India. • Must have proven knowledge and experience of managing retail/channel/ and operational experience on ecommerce/portal management. • Must have strong knowledge of processes & tools required to measure experience for online and offline channels. • Must have proven knowledge and experience in Pan India roll out /management of large scale projects with experience on setting up new projects also preferably. • Must have experience of working on Marketing campaigns ( offline + online) including new product launches ( either directly or as a part of a linked team) • Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills along with experience on project & program management. • Knowledge of Retail vendor ecosystem. Experience in managing multiple vendors in deploying large scale programs across multiple geos. 4\.
