Job Description
Our Client is a global logistics integrator, ranks among Europe's leading transport and logistics firms. With 500 international routes, the group is present in over 100 countries where it integrates all or part of the supply chain, from raw material orders to finished product distribution.
National Sales Director, China

Mission
Defines, implements and develop the marketing and sales strategy and offers to meet client needs and in compliance with the global commercial strategy assigned by the Company. Extend the number of Clients and coordinates the work with other subsidiaries all over the world. Participate in the implementation of start-up process for main customer projects, collaboration with DCM team to promote the company development.


Activities

Area of activity


Carry out sales negotiations (price, quantity, timeframe tec.)
Analyze and monitor markets
Secure legal aspects within contracts, in cooperation with legal and financial departments.
Implement all commercial instruments:
- - Brochures
- - Mailings
- -DB of prospects/potential clients
- - Marketing policy
Improve the number of Clients and turnover/margin: hunting action
Keep the best level of relations with current client: farming action
Organize a commercial team and manage it
Creates and monitors a budget: KPIs management
CRM implementation process

Expected performance

Search for information on a prospective client (activity, organization, creditworthiness...)
Assess the technical, commercial and financial feasibility of the needs and requirements of a client
Sales advice and development, sense of solutions supply
Characterize a market and its development potential
Creation of sales programs and offers
Follow-up the financial situation and economic performance of a customer: DSO, credit risk, profitability.
Present and promotes the company's image with clients
Provide feedback of important sales information to management (site visit reports, etc.)
Update personal knowledge in his area of activity: training action plan.
