Mission
Defines, implements and develop the marketing and sales strategy and offers to meet client needs and in compliance with the global commercial strategy assigned by the Company. Extend the number of Clients and coordinates the work with other subsidiaries all over the world. Participate in the implementation of start-up process for main customer projects, collaboration with DCM team to promote the company development.
Carry out sales negotiations (price, quantity, timeframe tec.)
Analyze and monitor markets
Secure legal aspects within contracts, in cooperation with legal and financial departments.
Implement all commercial instruments:
- - Brochures
- - Mailings
- -DB of prospects/potential clients
- - Marketing policy
Improve the number of Clients and turnover/margin: hunting action
Keep the best level of relations with current client: farming action
Organize a commercial team and manage it
