Our ambition is to transform care for Asthma & COPD patients with an exciting inhaled portfolio launching a new product soon. We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join us and build on the team’s success.

Key Roles/ Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics in collaboration with Brand Teams to provide optimal resource allocation and consistent Brand Plans implementation by the Sales Team
  • Ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded and operational budgets are managed
  • Build on the development of Sales Teams’ capabilities through effective talent management recruitment and succession planning
  • Set objectives, coach/mentor, assess skill development of FLSMs to ensure appropriate delivery of sales and portfolio management
  • Represent sales function in brand team both locally and at Western Southern Europe cluster level during meetings such Business Reviews

The successful candidate profile should have:

  • At least 4 years of experience as First Line Sales Manager or in similar role in Pharma
  • Experience as Manager of People Managers, especially in Pharma, will be considered an asset
  • University Degree is required, Master’s Degree will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Strong Performance management skills with focus on Sales force effectiveness and in-call Performance
  • Budget management, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strategic & analytical thinking
  • Robust business acumen
  • Excellent command of English language
