Key Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing the annual training plan and modular training courses covering commercial team
• Runs internal customer surveys to identify training needs
• Facilitate and coordinate training sessions with outsourcing training providers and internal functional teams to ensure best in class execution of training
• Measures quality of training (test, post-training follow up and coach)
• Manage training budget
• Build TTT mechanism to provide sufficient support on both content alignment and facilitation skill
• Conduct in classroom trainings by delivering both skill and leadership module
• Create and implement training for multiple delivery mediums (eLearning and instructor-led training)
• Develop/customize training materials based on AP regional modules
• Design coaching tools, such as coaching dairy/on-boarding coaching kit/way of working

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in training position in pharma MNC
• Sales experience, especially experience on distributor/KA management is a plus
• Being able to deliver in classroom training with great training and facilitation skill
• Proven capability on learning material development is a must
• Good English in writing, reading and speaking is required
• Being passionate and skillful on paperwork
