dealers & sales personnel knowledge, sales skills,

and motivation

3) Execute education program in high quality &

professional manner to maximize effectiveness

4) Follow up with special attention underperforming

SIS dealers & locations to identify issues & improve

with countermeasures

5) Develop & execute incentive programs to motivate

SIS dealers & sales personnel to sell more &

inspire their loyalty to all brands

at least 8 years experience in retail or consumer goods industry.

at least 5 years as a managent role.
