Cheese Tree Academy is a young training school providing training selections including languages and STEAM subjects such as English Math, Drama, Python, Chess, Art, Latin, Chorus to 3-12 year-old children.

Job duties:
 Hold English classes for 3-12 year old children in interactive ways. Normally the class size is between 4-8.
 Develop personalized teaching styles, under the teaching framework of the company.
 Participate in product design such as Novel Study, prep research American curriculum REACH.
 Assist to manage the learning process of students and enhance the interaction with their parents.

Office hour:
12:30-20:30 on weekdays/10:00-18:00 on weekends. Rest two days in a week.
40 office hours including less than 18 teaching hours. If the actual class hour exceeds 20 teaching hours, we would pay additional class hours

Job location:
1. Tangzhen station on line 2 of Pu Dong New Area.
2. Middle Chuangxin Road on line 2 of Pu Dong New Area.

Requirements:
 Native English speakers only.
 Hold a bachelor's degree or above.
 Seek a long term career in Shanghai.
 Outgoing and easy-going. Good at communication with both adults and children.
 Love children and have a passion for teaching.
 Hold a professional attitude that always get things done.
 Value the culture of entrepreneurship and being ready to work overtime and take extra responsibility.

Compensations:
 15,000-23,000RMB/Month, after tax.
 Convenient accommodation close to workplace with housing allowance.
 Monthly bonus, quarterly bonus, annual bonus under the company's KPI structures.
 Z Visa provided, following a probation period.
