Job Description
Location: [Longhua, Shenzhen], China (Office)
Visa Support: Can assist with work permits and residence permits
Key Responsibilities:
I. Multi-Channel Support
Handle customer complaints/after-sales service tickets on TEMU/Amazon/EXPRESS etc. through Zoho desk software.
Make and answer phone calls to customers on the hotline (3-5 calls/hour)
II. Content Localization
Proofread marketing translations (e.g. product descriptions → English)
Assist in filming promotional videos (1-2 videos/week)
III. Quality Assurance
Monitor call recordings and suggest cultural adjustments
Position Requirements
1. Native English;
2. Visa Eligibility: Z-word Visa (Work Visa) required, Associate Diploma/Diploma of Higher Education,1 year of work experience ( Apply for a work permit)
3. Tech-savvy: Familiar with Zoho, Zendesk, Fresh desk is a plus
4. Culturally Adaptable: No need for Mandarin, understanding of basic business culture in China,Have good patience
IIII. Benefits:
Monthly salary: gross salary ¥8-12K (negotiable based on work experience)
Housing allowance ¥1,000/month
