Job Description:

• Planning, organizing workshop activities and teaching BeConfident Alliance’s programs to children from 2.5 – 9 years old
• Communicating with Education Consultant, evaluating students’ performance and preparing report to parents
• Helping for workshops preparation and the administrative work
• Generating ideas for improving our programs and maximizing value to both parents and children
• Responsible to develop and prepare teaching materials
• Maintain general hygiene

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above
• Must have passion towards early childhood education/elementary education and educating young children
• Cheerful, caring, patient, responsible and proactive
• Creative in devising themes, curriculum and activities to teach and engage kids
• Available and willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• At least 1 year teaching experience preferred but not a must
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded, flexible and adaptable to new ideas
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Teaching Assistant
