Job Description
Benefits:
1. Basic pay: 220-300 RMB/hour(equivalent to 35-50 USD/h)
2. Performance-based bonus: 25-50 RMB/hour.
Class settings:
1. Student age: 7~15 year-old.
2. Class size: Between 4 to 8 students.
3. Class schedule: Each class lasts 1.5 hours, with 2 to 3 classes held per week. Classes are typically scheduled between 17:00 and 20:30 Beijing time on weekdays.
4. Textbook: custom-designed teaching materials based on REACH series, published by National Geographics, along with various graded reading materials.
Although our teacher is highly experienced, we place great emphasis on the importance of lesson preparation to achieve the highest quality.
Teachers are encouraged to cultivate their unique and interactive teaching styles, under the teaching framework of the school.
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker only.
2. Two years of teaching experience is required.
3. Professional attitude is a must.
4. Frequent job hoppers are not preferred.
5. Bachelor’s degree is required.
6. No criminal record.
