1. Compensation

- Basic Pay: 260–290 RMB/hour (equivalent to 35–50 USD/hour).
- Semester Completion Bonus: 30 RMB/hour (equivalent to 4 USD/hour), awarded upon successful completion of the semester.

2. Class Settings

- Student Age: 7–15 years old.
- Class Size: 4–8 students.
- Class Schedule: Classes are usually held between 17:00 and 20:30 Beijing time on either weekdays or Sunday. Each class lasts 1.5 hours, with 1–2 classes per week.
- Teaching Materials: Custom-designed materials based on the REACH series (National Geographic), supplemented with various graded reading resources.

We highly value lesson preparation to ensure top-quality teaching. Teachers are encouraged to bring their unique and engaging teaching styles while following the school’s teaching framework.

3. Requirements

- Native English speaker only.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
- Professional attitude is essential.
- Preference for candidates with stable employment history (frequent job changes are discouraged).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- No criminal record.
