Responsibilities工作职责：
Can teach in English and ensure the quality of instruction.
1.能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量；
Can work as a teaching assistant for the foreign teachers.
2.能够在外教课堂中担任助教工作；
Proficiency in office software, and capable of independently designing courseware.
3.能够熟练操作办公软件，独立制作教学课件；
Track students’ learning progress through telephone teaching, daily communication, and so on. Provide parents with excellent teaching service.
4.能够通过电话教学、日常沟通等方式对学生的学习效果进行跟踪，为家长提供优秀的教学售后服务；
Do the routine maintenance and management of classrooms and teaching aids.
5.能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；

Entry requirements入职要求：
University degree or above; (English, Education, relevant work experience or study abroad experience may be relaxed)
1.大学本科或以上学历；（英语专业、教育专业、有相关工作经验或海外留学经历者可适当放宽）
Standard oral English, strong literacy;
2.口语标准、地道；较强的读写能力；
Loves children, and having an English educational career;
3.热爱儿童和英语教育事业；
Willing to accept new ideas of education and modes of teaching
