1.Native English speakers from UK，USA,Canada， Australia，New Zzealand，etc.
2.At least having a bachelor's degree.With rich experiences in teaching and speaking Chinese preferred
3.Having TESOL or TEFL certificate preferred
4.Devotion to teaching: patient,responsible and enthusiastic
5.Age:between 20-60 years old
