At** we teach English through engaging with literature and writing practice for students aged 12- 14. In the beginning, it is likely that new teachers will predominantly take on Phonics Program, and lower level literature/ writing coursework with the opportunity to teach picture books, novels, grammar, and different writing mediums in the future. Teachers must keep in contact with their Head Teacher and operations staff about student progress and maintain a professional relationship with parents. EL Teachers
should provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for students and ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with EL's philosophy and goals.

The monthly salary is between 25K and 30K, depending on candidates' background/experiences and including following allowances:
(1) Housing allowance (up to ¥5000/month with provision of invoices)
(2) Yearly Round trip ticket (up to ¥7000 with provision of invoices)
