Candidate Requirements

1. Nationality & Gender: Female native English teachers only, from the USA, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
2. Teaching Experience: Teaching experience is required. Candidates with formal kindergarten teaching experience or training center teaching experience are both acceptable.
3. Authentic native pronunciation, outgoing personality, loving, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
4. No criminal record, healthy, and eligible to apply for a Chinese Z work visa.

Salary Package

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as a full-time foreign homeroom teacher for kindergarten classes.
2. Deliver interactive, fun, and age-appropriate English lessons for young children.
3. Create a positive, safe, and immersive bilingual learning environment.
4. Cooperate with Chinese co-teachers for daily class management and student care.
5. Participate in school training, teaching activities, and curriculum improvement projects.
