Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for graduates from prestigious universities. The candidate should have a solid academic foundation and critical thinking skills to provide high-quality academic guidance to students.

Classroom Organization and Management Skills: Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills, quickly establishing an engaging and orderly classroom environment. Particularly strong in maintaining order in middle school classrooms to ensure effective instruction.
3.
Flexible Teaching Methods: Has flexible teaching strategies and can adapt lesson plans in real-time according to classroom dynamics. Able to design appropriate activities for students of different levels to ensure active participation.
4.
Teaching Experience: Experience teaching at the middle school level or equivalent, effective in helping middle school students build foundational knowledge, master core concepts, and improve their English skills.
5.
Background in Literature or Science: Preference for candidates with a background in literature or science, enabling interdisciplinary knowledge integration in the classroom and helping students build a broad foundation across various fields.
