Responsibility：
1. Execute subject teaching in accordance with syllabi
2. Prepare daily and weekly teaching plan according to syllabi and upload them in advance of 2 weeks, for approval from the Center Academic Director.
3. Apart from the given teaching material, enrich with supporting material for filling and amplifying test banks
4. Analyze past exam papers and guide students to prepare for the exam to ensure overall passing rates
5. Give regular assignments to students, timely mark assignments and provide appropriate feedback
6. Assist Center Academic Director with testing and marking mid-term and final exams, audit and record exam results
7. Timely provide Center Academic Director with recent academic performance and behavior of all students
8. Work closely with other teachers and staff to manage students
