- Understand children and provide individual guidance to them.
- Teach lessons according to school standards.
- Follow class routine and daily schedule.
- Develop lesson plans under supervision from Academic Director.
- Create an English immersion environment for children.
- Supervise, evaluate and provide support to co-teachers whenever necessary.
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am -4:30 pm

- Contribute to decoration.
- Develop and maintain students' portfolios.
- Design corner activities, make purchase lists.
- Build up good cooperation among team members.
- Take responsibility for maintaining class assets.
- Oversee safety in the class, pick-up and delivery, outdoor time, field trips and daily life routines.
- Call class meetings periodically.
- Build a relationship with parents and provide parents with feedback about children.
- Follow school’s educational philosophy.
- Report emergencies, accident to the school in time.
- Organize parents meetings as needed.
