We're looking for someone to bring Natural Language Processing (NLP) expertise to our Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AI CoE).

You will:
• serve all UBS business divisions globally in preparing and executing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) in Natural Language Processing, Understanding and Generation, Sentiment Analytics, Machine Translation and Chatbots, as well as adjacent Artificial Intelligence capabilities such as STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) transcription or Machine Learning
• identify, shape and support the discovery of text data assets, prioritization of functional concepts, roadmaps and concrete use cases / business cases together with UBS business divisions, keeping track of overall NLP activity (PoCs, Requests for Proposals (RfPs), and implementation)
• work to understand internal stakeholders' NLP-centered business needs, to articulate business goals and qualitative/quantitative success criteria, translating business concepts into technical deliverables
• keep track of the market landscape of relevant vendors, academic institutions, corporations and industry groups as potential partners, drive the ongoing refinement of requirements and metrics for predicting intents/entities, establish best practices for usage, training, architecture and governance, and inform sourcing and vendor strategies as required
• independently test, tune, and build out UBS capabilities in NLP applications in collaboration with internal and external partners primarily in our R&D lab and cloud environments; building our own word embedding models / training corpus as required
• create and deliver high-quality test and model documentation, as well as educational / result / conference presentations and internal / external communications, clearly articulating AI CoE opinions with professionalism to stakeholders
