Verantwoordelijkheden:

1.Ontwikkeling en onderhoud van lokale klanten in Nederland
2.Ontwikkeling en onderhoud van lokale docenten in Nederland
3.Planning en uitvoering van offline activiteiten in Nederland
4.Deelname aan Europese branchetentoonstellingen, ondersteuning bij standopbouw en klantenwerving
5.Opnemen en bewerken van video's, plaatsen van afbeeldingen en tekst, opbouw en onderhoud van Nederlandstalige sociale media-accounts
6.Assisteren van het Chinese team bij het vertalen van teksten
7.Toezicht houden op de opbouw, werking en het onderhoud van sociale media-accounts
8.Bedreven in data-analyse, combineren van gegevens om de online promotiestrategieën van het bedrijf te plannen en uit te voeren
9.Aansturen van de uitvoering van belangrijke promotie-initiatieven, verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van interdepartementale communicatie om projectvoortgang en resultaten te waarborgen
10.Andere taken toegewezen door de afdelingsmanager

Kwalificaties:

1.Nederlands kan worden gebruikt als werktaal, grondige luister-, spreek-, lees- en schrijfvaardigheden. Ervaring met het leiden van een team van 3 of meer personen heeft de voorkeur
2.Onderhandelingsvaardigheden en sterke sociale vaardigheden
3.In staat zijn om de visuele en audiovisuele effecten van sociale media te beheersen volgens de bedrijfsvereisten en lokale cultuur, om het merkpromotieplan van het bedrijf af te ronden
4.Zelfstandig kunnen plannen en uitvoeren van offline activiteiten, evenals het werven van deelnemers voor evenementen
5.Sterke uitvoerings- en communicatievaardigheden, in staat om snel creatieve ideeën met sterke initiatief te implementeren
6.Resultaatgericht met een hoog niveau van zelfmotivatie

Dutch Market Specialist (Remote in the Netherlands)
Responsibilities:

1.Development and maintenance of local clients in the Netherlands
2.Development and maintenance of local lecturers in the Netherlands
3.Planning and execution of offline activities in the Netherlands
4.Participation in European industry exhibitions, assisting in booth setup and customer acquisition
5.Shooting and editing videos, posting images and text, building and maintaining Dutch-language social media accounts
6.Assisting the Chinese team in translating copywriting
7.Supervising the construction, operation, and user relationship maintenance of social media accounts
8.Proficient in data analysis, combining data to plan and execute the company's online promotion strategies
9.Driving the landing execution of key promotion initiatives, responsible for coordinating cross-departmental communication to ensure project progress and results
10.Other tasks assigned by the department manager

Qualifications:

1.Dutch can be used as a working language, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Experience leading a team of 3 or more people is preferred
2.Negotiation skills and strong social abilities
3.Able to control the visual and audiovisual effects of social media according to company requirements and local culture, completing the company's brand promotion plan
4.Able to independently plan and conduct offline activities, as well as recruit participants for events
5.Strong execution and communication skills, able to quickly implement creative ideas with strong initiative
