Coaches Needed!
Hiring part time foreign coaches to teach our Chinese users

What is it?
1. Dongda Dongda is a new Shenzhen coach-search App
2. Users search Dongda Dongda and select their Chinese or foreign coach of choice
3. The user then books a lesson by the hour
4. Dongda books a convenient facility and covers all facility costs
5. Coaches arrive to the facility in provided branded apparel
6. Dongda also provides any needed gear for coach and users
7. Users pay the lesson fee in App
8. Coaches are transferred one of three levels of hourly salary depending on experience and performance
9. Users are covered by insurance to protect against accidents/injuries
10. At the end of each lesson, hopefully a new sports star is born

Requirements
1. Foreign Expats
2. Minimum age of 18
3. Experience playing and/or coaching for one of our core sports
4. Living in Shenzhen (Baoan, Futian, Luohu, and Nanshan)
5. Has good communication and teaching skills
6. English speaking ability (Mandarin not required)
7. Has availability to coach part time (preferably during weekday nights and weekends)
